“I have been seeing Dr. Billingsley and Dr. Pavnica for a cervical spinal stenosis.
I came in with chronic pain that I was not able to handle much longer. The day of my evaluation, the doctors helped me to better understand the root of all my symptoms that were causing me lack of sleep, pain, exhaustion, anxiety, and inability to stay focused. Their treatment is a miraculous healing that has allowed my neck to heal on its on.
For the last 15 years I have dealt with a sprained cervical. In 2011, I injured my neck doing pull ups. Little after that, I had a car accident where my neck jerked and caused me to make my neck injury worse. When I came to a Dr. at the time of the accident, the MRI showed a cervical sprain. For this, I did about 6 weeks of treatment with a Chiropractor. Ever since, I have lived in so much pain and discomfort on my neck, shoulders and back. I was under the assumption that it was normal. That once you are injured you live with the effects for the rest of your life. In order for me to temporarily alleviate my discomfort, I seek Physical Therapy every 6 months for the last 8 years. In addition, I was doing back and neck massages every 3 months over the last ten years. Part of my treatments included acupressure and acupuncture which only helped to reduce the discomfort but not to heal it.

I started treatment at Billingsley Chiropractic center about a month and a half ago. I have major improvement since day one. After my first treatment I was able to sleep, I slept like a baby the first night and ever since. Also, I was able to rotate my neck from side to side since day one of treatment with no difficultly. My stiffness on my neck and torso were reduced to 99 percent. My numbness on my arms and hands is gone. The tingling on my arms and hands are also gone.
I am now able to drive and turn my head. I am also able to have much flexibility bending my back and turning. I also feel more focused on my day-to -day tasks as a stay home mom taking care of my 4 year old son and all the householdhouse responsibilities. I have been able to implement more exercises like yoga and low impact activities. I have not taken any more pain medication which used to make me very drowsy. The change was so noticeable that one time I cried of joy because I felt like 21 again. My anxiety is close to being all gone because I now have the ability to stay focused. I feel very joyful.
