We are in the middle of the building process with TK. Thus far we have been incredibly pleased with how smoothly the process has gone and how well TK has kept us informed. Highly recommend.
From the time we walked into the Bedford model to inquire about building a Tk home to the day we were handed the keys to our new house it was a great experience. From Matthew in sales, to Tony and Natan and everyone in between was great to work with. They were all knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you TK Constructors for our beautiful home!
We built with TK in 2022. Mike in the Bedford office was absolutely amazing to work with us while we prepped our site from our initial inquiry in 2020 to 2022 when we finally were able to build after a timber sale. Tony and Nathan came out to stake the build site more than once when we were having issues with our county regarding septic, which was beyond helpful that TK was willing to take these steps for us. We had Nathan Wright as our superintendent and he was the best! Always available and helped in every way, so so great to work with. We felt like Nathan was genuine in his approach to working with us and hearing our thoughts and concerns along the way. 2 years later... read full review
