To start off, I am going to say I have lived all over the world and have been to countless salons. This place, though, has a great group of ladies who are always so polite and accommodating. I am faithful, though, to my stylist Wendy, I started seeing her when she worked at JC Penny's when I was pregnant with my son, so 15 plus years ago. She is absolutely amazing.

Literally cannot express how much I recommend this. Wendy took my hair from damaged bleach blonde to almost exactly my original, natural color and it feels amazing. She literally only charged me 70 bucks and I was there for a while and also got a haircut and she washed it and styled it too. She kept asking me questions of how I wanted it done instead of getting carried away. And she was so friendly. I NEVER go to salons because I don't trust them with my hair and they always get so scissor happy but this salon seemed may more interested in what I wanted. Literally 11/10 I love this salon.

It was my first time having my hair done at the loft. Addie was the one who did it. I went from blonde to brunette and I love it! Addie was so sweet and pleasant to work with also! The building is beautiful too! Kristen has done such a great job with the paint/decor!
