ServPro took on the general contractor role to get my house back in shape after tornado damage. Work included replacing siding, roofing and guttering. The workers were always friendly and any concerns were addressed quickly. They even made a handful of return trips as I found things that still needed to be tweaked. And they didn't hesitate to jump right in and fix some hidden water damage that was found when the old siding was removed. Most of all, they were very patient with my questions trying to understand why things were happening certain ways, or my concerns about any future problems.
