“I love Insights Optical. Every time I get my eye exam they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Laura was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Savannah was very kind and explained each machine to me and what it was for. Brooklyn helped me navigate whether I wanted to do a pair of glasses or contacts and what each purchase would entail. I didn’t interact with Shalana but I overheard her speaking with one of the employees about a matter. She was very patient and spoke with much knowledge. ( I’d love to have a boss like that) Dr. Short was great!! He took the time to help me understand step by step what he saw and what would best work for my visual impairments. They were even able to get me in earlier than my appointment time. Overall you couldn’t ask for a better experience.“
