Had a new air conditioning unit installed on Monday.the fan on the furnace has been running non stop.tried to get them out to fix it.It's Saturday and they will not return our call.

Very poor customer service. Installation of furnace was wrong (verified by 2 different dealers) and will cause nothing but problems. Parts fall off the brand new furnace and was told "you don't really need that anyway". They tell you from their office you have heat when you do not post 48 hrs of a service call. Not sure how they can diagnosis from a chair in their office but they seem to think they can. If you are satisfied with 50 degree temp in your house and dropping they are your people. If you like to be told "It's not the furnace it's cold outside" or "you need to put rubber stripping around your door" or "you need... read full review

They did an excellent job installing our furnace. Fast and neat install. I highly recommend them.
