We finally have an a/c unit that works! Jim Deckard has been extremely patient with us, trying to help us with an undersized a/c and furnace. When the contractor who installed the units 3 years ago failed to show for an appointment (again! ), we finally called Deckard's to install new units. They are wonderful to work with. Timely and courteous.
