I went in with knee pain and Mary was able to relieve the pain temporarily. I am under doctors care to help long term but the message therapy did help with the discomfort. Ihave more sessions scheduled. I would recommend for anyone in pain or just wants to relax

Mary is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to! She was able to see me the same day I was having issues!! I highly recommend her and I will continue to see her for routine massages!!!

Wonderful experience at Alleviate with Mary. She's very easy going and makes you comfortable. She was able to greatly alleviate some muscle discomfort I was experiencing. I left feeling great. Highly recommend!
