We have dogs and as per usual with dogs after a while your carpets pick up the smell we paid $150 for 2 rooms and a hallway the next day still a dog smell so we brought out our store bought carpet cleaner and the water was so dirty you couldn't see through it. So we call about the issue and the gentleman says that they only do a surface clean that doesn't get to the pad even though it says STEAM CLEAN..I feel like the duped us out of our money. To start off with, talking with Ethan on the phone was great. He was easy to reach, even easier to talk to, and he explained the whole process very well. Not only that, but he was more than willing to accommodate my busy schedule. When they arrived they were very professional and cheerful and explained their approach to cleaning. I did not know that they use a cleaning method that doesn't heavily use water (that gets dirty and moved around, which can also cause mildew in the carpet). They left my old carpet looking brand new! I am so happy I went with them and would recommend them time and again. A+ company, A+ job, one happy customer!

I just have to put a review out about how fantastic my couch and two lounge chairs look!!!!! Let just say they look brand new after the guys from Magna-Dry came and cleaned them!! I am so happy with the results! They were so careful with how they handled their equipment around my other furniture and they didn't leave any mess behind either. Both of the guys were very nice, clean-cut gentlemen! I would highly recommend them!!
