    Cooks Performance is a hard habit to break...and that is a good thing! From the friendly "good morning" the minute you walk in to the always varied and challenging workouts, CP is a great experience! Dylan and Jeremy are encouraging, upbeat and professional. Highly recommend if you want to get healthy and fit and stay that way.

    Great environment to workout! I love to start my week at CP, helps me to stay on track and keep me motivated! The classes are challenging and push me more than I would on my own. Jeremy is a great coach!

    I have been training at Cook's for over 5 years. My wife and I began training there after our son started training there for his athletics in high school. We have continued to train with Jeremy and Dylan (specifically) as they are professional and hold us accountable to meet our goals, be it strength improvement, cardio or weight management & loss. I enjoy then pushing us to continue to improve and to focus on our own well being. Dylan has been training us for approx 3 years and I like his workouts and ability to keep us engaged in our own health. Thanks to Dylan and all that you do for your clients. We have even started our youngest son training at Cook's.
