Service was great, monument took a while to be carved and delivered, had damage to vase that occurred during or before shipment. Batesville Monument has promised to replace the vase once a replacement is available, currently waiting the 3 months estimated for replacement of damaged vase. Otherwise, monument and overall experience were good.

We arrived at Batesville Monument in the early afternoon, in less than 3 hours, we had picked out a beautiful headstone. They helped us design the engraving and made arrangements to have the stone set. They did a wonderful job and were a great help.

We chose Batesville Monument over two other monument companies because of their unique monuments. The showroom floor and outside monument displays were extremely helpful with a variety of stones to choose from. They listened to what we were initially interested in and were quick to come up with a design for us to consider. They were very patient as we changed the design about a dozen times. Ben and Colt were the best!We were given a project timeframe, but the actual installation was several weeks ahead of schedule.
