My girls and I get our hair done at the salon here. I always have a wonderful experience in the salon. However, the staff at the cash registers have continuously been rude and seemed inconvenienced to help not just myself but other customers as well.
Some of the staff is awesome while some others are a bit uppity and stand off-ish. As someone who’s worked retail most of her working years (since 14), speaking to customers especially those close to you is important and common sense. Some of us really know ball so there’s no need to be so stale.
I am very pleased with how my hair came out. I booked a silk press and got amazing service. As an individual of color with coily hair my service was amazing. I would like to thank Amber for her amazing service and recommendations.
