Kelsey at Ulta in Avon is seriously the best. She’s super personable, remembers you, and just makes you feel comfortable right away. I’ve seen her a couple times now and each time she’s been professional but also really warm. She listens to what you want and just does exactly that. Honestly, she is the eyebrow person for me. Huge recommend.

My girls and I get our hair done at the salon here. I always have a wonderful experience in the salon. However, the staff at the cash registers have continuously been rude and seemed inconvenienced to help not just myself but other customers as well.
