Awsome service, I called to get information on my phone they said they could take a look at it and see what could do they end up fixing it all done in an hour and a half great price ? ?
They fixed the issue that I had with my phone. Unfortunately, the phone was still not working a day later, but it was not their fault. It was just a technical issue with my phone I had to do an insurance claim to get it replaced.
Opening a case & scheduling a repair through Samsung was pretty simple. Brought my phone in and explained my issues I was having and with the manager Brittany she knew what the common issue was with my usb-c port going bad throwing a false water signal and not accepting a charge. They luckily had the spare spare in-store and picked up my phone later that same day. Quick process and they even gave me calls throughout the day to let me know when I could pick up my phone. AMAZING SERVICE !!!!!!
