One technician was right to the point and knew a toilet needed a new valve within 10 minutes. Another technician did a great job replacing a garbage disposal and cleaning a drain on a Saturday that also happened to be the 4th of July. A different technician went above and beyond with a basement drain/toilet repair and was extremely professional and courteous. Another technician came in, took care of the issue, and did an excellent job. While pricing has increased significantly since 2025, customers would still recommend Roto-Rooter for reliable same-day service and will choose them again for future needs.
Both Jim and Daniel did a great job replacing a broken outdoor faucet and repairing another outdoor faucet that had a hole in the water pipe. Their work was professional, efficient, and greatly appreciated.
