We ultimately left this practice after becoming increasingly frustrated with both the patient experience and the care we received.

There may be providers here who are perfectly adequate, but our experience with Dr. Cosgrove in particular was extremely disappointing. We consistently felt talked down to, dismissed, and unheard. As a parent who has spent years navigating complex medical care for a child, I am very comfortable asking questions and advocating for my family, and I rarely walk away from a medical appointment feeling as disregarded as I did with him. For the first time since I had my daughter (she is 3 and half) I felt heard, I felt my daughter was sincerely and professionally cared for. BIG SHOUT OUT to Dr Cosgrove and the team of nurses and assistants. TYSM!

Have taken all three of my kids here since they were born (over 6 years ago) and have never had an issue! Staff is always very friendly, doctors always listen and offer plenty of options. Dr. Shmalo is their main provider and he never rushes the visit and makes the kids feel comfortable. I don't recall ever receiving a bill for their annual well-checks or sick visits but I also confirm that they are in-network if our insurance changes. That is the parents responsibility, not the office staff. I would choose this office 10x over and think you should too!
