My kids see Dr. Cosgrove and Gill and I like both of them very much. I feel very comfortable with both. We've also seen the other two doctors for illnesses and feel like we could see any of the doctors in the practice. Cosgrove is great with my boys- they feel very at ease with him. Dr. Gill sees my daughter and she is very sweet knowledgeable. I love that they do same day illness visits and are open on Saturdays so I don't have to go to urgent care!!!

Their process of transferring pediatricians was simple and easy. They do answer well over the phone and give you detailed appointment information. They also call you ahead of time to confirm your appointment. The challenging part was the pediatric doctor that oversaw our kid. We, as parents were allowed to choose our own doctor from the team of doctors they have. However, our choice turned out to be challenging. There was little support when we needed more for our kid. I'm not sure why I see so many reviews about rude office staff. My son was just born in August and we've been to see Dr. Gill 4 times now, including once in the hospital the day he was born. She and the entire office have been nothing but amazingly professional, helpful, and patient. This is my first child and I have called the office many times with what probably seemed like silly questions to them, but they always took the time to connect me with a nurse who answered thoroughly and patiently.
