I really appreciated the service I received and the speed at which it was delivered. I purchased (from Amazon) a gently used Lenovo Thinkpad T580. The laptop was in fantastic shape, but I wanted to get Windows 11 installed and hit a brick wall. That's when PC-Com came to mind (thankfully I had noticed the store front from the many times I've driven past it on Rockville Road). Very fair pricing, quick service and great communication (and very nice people).

Quick service turnaround. Went the extra mile to ensure that my data was saved and didn't stop until my system was back up and running. Highly recommend them when you are having computer issues!

Pc-Com is the place to go. I went in nervous and worried to drop off my PC. They were really professional and explained to me what I'll need to do. When they were done looking at my PC. They gave me a call to tell me what was wrong, and what we can do yo fix it. When I went to pick up the computer. They asked me to stay and test it to make sure the PC was running up to my standards. The price was good compared to other places, because you know some places like to up charge you. I'll be definitely taking my PC back whenever I need them to look at it or to upgrade the PC. Great job.
