I like the one on one training with my coach,Alec, who sets machines so knees and back are not stressed, but I get a great workout. The tips are good, but it’s the weekly 20 minute training that keeps me coming back. Alec is the best - he explains the way to exercise best for my age and abilities.

I absolutely LOVE Exercise Inc. I started after learning the program was based on an osteoporosis study, which gives away my age ?. I feel stronger, eat better, have more energy, and lost weight as well. I have been going to Exercise, Inc for 7 months and plan to continue this program. Lydia is a FANTASTIC personal trainer. She is encouraging and informative. I LOVE that my appointment is private. It's either just me and Lydia or us with one other person and their trainer. It is hard work but is only 20 minutes. It's the BEST 20 minutes of the week!

Exercise Inc Coach Preston has helped me regain core strength with just one 20 minute workout every week. Workouts are tailored to my fitness level. Preston challenges me but only to what I can do. Highly recommend.
