The women were very nice and gave me excellent customer service. I gave a 9 because no one introduced themself to me & do not wear name tags. They have my name and personal info, so I think they should share their name and position with me.

The Staff and Dr. Marian Longo truly , is through and explains everything to you in laymen’s terms , if you have any eye conditions .. you’re NOT rushed by DR. Marian Longo at ALL !! or any of the staff !! They take all insurances , and allow you to keep your frames , if they are in good condition, no pressure to buy brand new . ?

It was so refreshing to have such great customer service and the staff was very warm and inviting and made my experience a great one. The fact that my favorite optician (Dr. Longo) was on staff really sent me over the moon!! It’s great when you have doctors and staff that care!!!
