Today was my first day with this dentist office and I must say that I was and very please with their services. Thanks to Leann for such a warm welcoming. Thanks to Donna who was my hygienist today for my awesome cleaning. Thanks to Ashley for scheduling my next appointment and explaining how my insurance works. I must say that I have found my dentist and that I am very happy and please with them. I must thank my friend Tammy for telling me about their office. Again thanks for such a wonderful experience.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience with Bailey Family Dental! My daughter had an abscess on her tooth, and they got her in right away! As a mom, nothing is more important than being met with such compassion and urgency from a dental office when your child is in pain. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and made sure my daughter felt safe and comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly, treated her gently, and had her smiling again before we even left. My appointment was scheduled later than I normally do for my lunch break- due to no fault of Bailey Family I was going to need to reschedule, they said absolutely not and got me in for my cleaning and still tried to get my X-rays and checking done in the fastest manner. I couldn’t thank them enough I didn’t want any employee to feel rushed because like I said it had nothing to do on their end and they made sure I left with a perfect mouth. I have been going here for close to 10 years and I have never felt more comfortable in an office, they are so sweet and so caring. Today’s appointment made me feel the need to make sure anyone wanting a new office knows how amazing they are.
