Shawn and Brian were great for our recent home inspection. Shawn was very helpful in telling us before even scheduling what extra inspections may not be worth doing and which were. He was very personable and helpful with walking me through the home to discuss some of the bigger and smaller items to be aware of and how to take care of them. He went the extra mile and we plan to use him again in the future! Highly recommend.
Had an inspection done today by this company. Excellent service. very detailed, very informative. Even our realtor was impressed by the detail of the report and the depth of the inspection.
Shawn performed a house inspection this week and it was the most complete and concise report I have seen after buying several houses over the years. The attached pictures with descriptions of needed repairs were great. Definitely recommend Chapman Home Inspections for anyone buying a house.
