Such a great place! They are so good and kind to the animals. Always super friendly and my dog loves it there he is always excited to go. I take him 3 days a week for daycare while I work and they are nice enough to let me drop him off early. Everytime I have him groomed here he ends up smelling so good they get him waaaay cleaner then i can and he gets stinky sometimes 🤣 I board him here regularly too when I go out of town for training and I have never had a bad experience would recommend 100%🩷
I have checked out a number of boarding facilities since moving to Indiana and there is absolutely no comparison to them and our Pawsitively Paradise Pet Spa. From the phone call and the service that you get there as well as on site and grooming is unparalleled. Are Gracie is happy and healthy and well groomed thanks to Grace!
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Took in my fur missile for 4 nights. Lots of activities planned for pets and you can choose what you’d like. I wasn’t sure how she would do with some activities - she had never been boarded before- so they remained flexible based on how she was reacting. They trimmed her nails as I requested as well. She went in very welcomed and came out just as happy.
