CrossFit Angola has truly been a life changing experience for me. After suffering from a stroke back in September of 2022, I lost all of my strength in my left hand and arm. Seth and the coaches have doubled my strength while improving the dexterity in my left hand and arm. I didn’t know anything about CrossFit before joining CFA and now I would say I am addicted to the workouts! CFA has the absolute best atmosphere and positive energy, from the coaches and all of the members!
Just stopped in for my first Crossfit class. Not just at this location, but first class ever!
I met with Coach Ken. We chatted quick about my fitness level and experience with this type of workout. Although I had a good base of fitness (long distance rucks and at-home gym workouts), I had yet to experience this type of workout. I came in with an open and humble mind and told Ken my only goal was to walk out on the shakiest of legs (in a good way), and boy did he deliver!
Ken helped me focus on the fundamentals of these compound movements. As I had mentioned to him after the class, "it wasn't the weight, it was the way". Technique is everything.

CrossFit Angola has been the best choice I've made in my fitness journey. The workouts are held by coaches that give hands on instant feedback and adjustments to make sure you are doing the movements correctly to prevent injury. Everyone is so encouraging that gives you the motivation to push yourself to new heights. I love that the workouts can be scaled to meet your fitness level, and everyone does the class together. It's not just a gym, it's a workout family that cheers you on, lifts you up, and makes you feel like you can do HARD things everyday.
