I've had a loan since '20 and the first experience went smoothly. We recently re-up'd and it was a nightmare. Paying down the loan with a large amount created a huge headache and made that experience pretty horrible.

She was so helpful, explained the process, and was able to get things all squared away in a matter of hours. I could not have asked for a smoother process.
