Had some carpet re-stretched and some carpet replaced. Whole process was easy. Plus, installers were professional and friendly; went the extra mile on the project; gave me good advice on care.
We were at first pleased with our engineered hardwood. Then it began to buckle up and come loose. Owner came out to assess the problem, and said he would get back with us soon!! It has been a month or more, and in spite of more calls to him no response. We are stuck with a few thousand dollars worth of crappie, poorly installed flooring. Boo!!
