All the ladies were nice however Ms Sophie assisted me at check with a friendly smile and polite, very helpful when picking my frame style and lenses. She also took the time to find he best deal for me on two pair.
I had to new glasses, and replace my lenses In my sunglassesand the wrong lens were sent and the sales person Kerri was very instrumental in getting my lenses expedited to the store. Everyone at the office was very genuine attentive and courteous.
Dr Kristen is my Dr and she’s great! Ellie was the technician that assisted with my glasses - she’s the best ever! She picked out frames that were perfect for me! She’s very knowledgeable and for the first time in a long time I enjoyed getting my glasses - 2 pairs - They both look great. They feel good and they are spunky!! Ellie was just wonderful! I told her I hope she sticks around for a long time because I enjoyed working with her! Thanks Ellie! You’re the best!
