I had Kevin out this morning. Thinking about adding a 1/2 bath in and wasn't sure exactly where or the different costs.. He was great he went over different options and costs and took his time to talk everything over with me. I Didn't feel like he was out to get the job just for money and feel like because I was a female he was just telling me anything. Thank you for taking your time and caring about my visions and budget..
I had 2 other well known companies come out for an estimate , Heroes was the last estimate and Thank goodness I called them. They came out and told me that both of the other estimates were wrong and an entirely different issue was the problem. Saved me thousands of dollars.. Thank you!
Excellent customer service and skilled and experienced technicians! Chad and Sam arrived the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and made the repair quickly!!! Very friendly and professional and even made friends with my dog!! Home Heroes is the best!! I highly recommend them!!
