Was notified on Wed that our maintenance man quit, leaving no one to care for my 34 condo's. He did do one thing before quitting and that was giving me Father and Son's number. Thursday morning had an emergency lock and garage door opener change due to a breakin, within an hour Rich and his men had contacted the tenant and made the necessary repairs. This morning, Friday, I walked into our clubhouse to find a frost plug had blown out and water was filling the mechanical room, within 8 mins of being called, they had a technician on-site who quickly repaired the pipe/faucet and got the water back on for a party scheduled this morning.. Was told by another company that my A/C would need a new contactor board and needed recharged. Then was told they will not charge it because of the type freon it uses. Recommended I replace the system. Steve came out replaced the board, and recharged the system at fraction of the cost. My A/C is up and running and the house is comfortable. Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done around your home. On time, respectful, do the job right attitude, and great customer service.

This company was so AWESOME!! They worked diligently in the freezing cold for two days to fix my frozen water pipes. Every staff member I met was very professional, and very very friendly and understanding as to how important this was to me, and the overall cost due to living on a limited income. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the kind of services this company provides. Please give them a call and they will work with you until the issues you need fixed are completed!!! I am so grateful to them!!! I feel each service they provide will be what they feel is a fair price!!
