Was notified on Wed that our maintenance man quit, leaving no one to care for my 34 condo's. He did do one thing before quitting and that was giving me Father and Son's number. Thursday morning had an emergency lock and garage door opener change due to a breakin, within an hour Rich and his men had contacted the tenant and made the necessary repairs. This morning, Friday, I walked into our clubhouse to find a frost plug had blown out and water was filling the mechanical room, within 8 mins of being called, they had a technician on-site who quickly repaired the pipe/faucet and got the water back on for a party scheduled this morning..
