I was the last chairman of the K.C.C.A., the citizens group that fought and defeated the Ill-advised Mallard Lake landfill. For no less than 10 years leading up to its defeat and and several years afterward, (legal fees were paid in full by our organization), Greg Couch and his team of experts handled all the tax filings for our 501-C-3.
