The physicians take time to explain medical conditions and consequences in a way that patients can fully understand. One doctor is noted for being conservative about treatment, offering different choices based on patient preference. A first-time visitor was impressed by a doctor who was warm, knowledgeable, and caring, even apologizing for a short wait, which was seen as rare. The entire Community Cancer Care Team is described as amazing, providing the perfect blend of caring and professional support. They listen to concerns and adapt care plans to fit specific needs, providing the best option for each patient’s journey. The team includes board-certified medical oncologists/hematologists, OCN-certified nurses, and a radiation oncologist, all experts in delivering chemotherapy, infusion, and radiation therapy services. The infusion area also treats non-cancerous blood disorders like blood clots.
Mark introduced himself to me and my husband. He was very helpful in answering our questions. He explained his and Dr. Siddiqui conversation over my test results and some symptoms of high blood sugar.
He was thorough and very polite.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about our concerns. The Doctor has always taken time to explain anything we ask and she is conservative about treatment giving us the option of different choices we would prefer.
I had my first visit yesterday with Dr Siddiqui and I was impressed. On the negative side I waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor. That's not unusual with doctors but it's not something I really enjoy. On the positive side Dr Siddiqui was warm and knowledgeable and the first thing he said after introducing himself was I apologize for keeping you waiting. I don't think I've ever had a doctor do that. If so it is certainly rare. Once I met the doctor everything went smoothly, quickly, and efficiently and the doctor was knowledgeable and caring.
