Care Plus Home Health Care

Care Plus Home Health Care’s roots are in Anderson IN. We service Madison and surrounding counties. We provide a wide range of services in the home while following Medicare and Medicaid regulations. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and some private insurance. In which case, a majority of the time there is no cost to the patient for our services. Our agency also utilizes an electronic medical record which ensures all staff members and disciplines are aware of the patient’s treatment, protocols, and condition at all times. This is also a good way for the patient’s physician to be updated on a continuous basis.
