I was in dire straits without water. I called one company who told me I needed a new well without looking at my pump or making any attempt to fix it. I decided to reach out to Busby and am so happy I did. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and helpful. She said she would send Tim and John out. I received a call exactly as she promised. Tim and John came out took one look at my situation and offered me three solutions. They immediately went to work and fixed my pump without having to dig an entire new well. They were so kind and polite and I can’t say enough about the great work they did. We were having trouble with our water system. I called on Busby well drilling company and they came out to see what my issue was, within 5 minutes they had it resolved. Thank you for helping get this taken care of.

These guys are awesome!!! They not only did a great job fixing my well, but they also took the time to explain what the problem was & what they were doing to fix it.. which is not always the case with other companies. We bugged them with lots of phone calls questions & concerns, and they were incredibly friendly the whole time. Highly recommend them!
