I just want to start off by saying I have not been to the clinic. However, I am impressed by how this vet handles conflict based on what I'm reading. Social media makes it way too easy for a person to run off at the mouth and face very little if any friction regarding the matter. It's a nice change of pace to encounter an individual that possesses both the life experience and the necessary backbone to not only pick their battles, but to handle them with a level of understanding and grace. The inaugural visit here did not go as planned, which I fault the previous day experience my dog endured at another vet which I won't get into here. This is about how patient and kind Broadway Veterinary Care is after all.My dog exhibited a level of aggression she has never shown in her life! The very patient vet worked with her best he could and even sustained an injury in the process of trying to muzzle her. In spite of all of the mayhem, the veterinarian remained to patient and kind.
