I've known Chris since we were kids & started going to him for tattoos a few years ago. He's always polite to anyone who walks in the door, whether they're there to see him or one of the other guys. He always takes my ideas & brings them to life! I love my bright colors & they still look great. The people saying there's mold, mildew or a musty smell are laughable. I have sinus allergies & couldn't be in an environment like that without suffering for it so it's clearly not true. People who try to ruin a business that's been fought for are awful people. Chris takes a lot of pride in his business & wants nothing more than people to leave his shop happy.
All of these unverified people leaving fake reviews are just flaming a legitimate business that does great work. I've known Chris for nearly a decade and he's done nothing but right by his clients, and will go above and beyond to rectify a situation if he makes a mistake (which rarely ever happens). I've seen so many artists and piercers come and go in the shop over the years, even had a cover up done there by Junior Dimas several years ago because Chris was with a long session client and Junior is a good artist. I trust this shop and have recommended them to everyone as my first choice if you want traditional styles!
The best customer service ever!!! My daughter and I called to get nose piercings. No wait, went right in! Whalen is professional and has a great personality! Bones the owner is also very customer oriented and friendly. Super friendly staff! We will return for any piercing or tattoo needs :) Highly recommend!
