Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We were originally told the owner Jerry Ferguson would fix our floors in our new house. After he stated he could 100% take care of it and gave us a better price than our other estimates we decided to go through him. After we bought the house in May he kept giving excuses stating he’s working on another project even though he originally stated before we even bought the house that he’d start working on our floors within a few weeks of us buying the property. I had the pleasure of using Jerry of Ferguson Home Inspections for my first home and pest inspection. He was very thorough, timely and very enjoyable to talk to. The current homeowners left a previous inspection packet from a few months before. After finishing the whole process, his inspection report packet was almost double the size of the previous one that was left. He was more thorough when going through each room, which led him to catch a few more concerns than previously listed.
