I had the pleasure of using Jerry of Ferguson Home Inspections for my first home and pest inspection. He was very thorough, timely and very enjoyable to talk to. The current homeowners left a previous inspection packet from a few months before. After finishing the whole process, his inspection report packet was almost double the size of the previous one that was left. He was more thorough when going through each room, which led him to catch a few more concerns than previously listed. By the end of the inspection, Jerry sat down and went through everything he found with me. He explained it in detail and in layman’s terms so I could understand and was able to have the finalized report sent out that night. Jerry had all the notes we talked about typed up along with everything being color coded to show what items were the most concerning/needed attention first. I hope to not be moving anytime soon, but when I do, I will be using Ferguson Home Inspections again.
