Really did a good job of understanding my needs. They were informative and kept me in the know of what was happening. I had lots of questions and got plenty of answers specific to my hair. They were serious and took care of business but also had chatty discussions going on with patrons who felt chatty. I felt at home the whole time..even though I am tender headed with natural hair

Ms. Towanna is absolutely fabulous. Her products are amazing. My hair had stunted growth, but since coming to Oh Yes Hair Designs, my hair is healthy, growing, & getting stronger everyday. Thanks Ms. T.
