I've used Haven Medical Spa for years. Their customer service has declined. Nobody answers the phone, ever. Nor is there a call back with messages left. If you stop in, nobody is around. There used to be 2 employees staffed, but now I believe it's only 1, very disappointing.
Haven medical spa is a fantastic place to go! My friends and I have had nothing but the best experiences there! Not only is the doctor great but Joanna is the best! She is very knowledgeable, gives great advice and takes such wonderful care of her clients! Highly recommend!!!
I have been going here for the past several years and LOVE Joanna. She is the gal answering the phones, supplying ALL spa services (excluding Dr only services) and ensuring all concerns, questions are answered. She gives awesome care to each and every client and knows her stuff! If you're looking for a quick in and out always on the dot place Haven my not be for you. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, caring, great place for all your beauty needs/concerns at a fair price this is the place to go.
