After dealing with issues for about a year, she quickly identified the exact strength and balance exercises I needed to get back to running and exercising normally—honestly better than before. She really shines at challenging her patients, and if you’re willing to accept that challenge, your recovery will be much faster and more complete.
Also, Christy was awesome on the administrative side—great with scheduling, reminders, and making it easy to adjust or reschedule appointments when needed. The whole experience was smooth and supportive. Highly recommend.
