Excellent job! Randy, the independent business owner, was thorough, did a great job, and was honest and reliable. He gave great money-saving recommendations, pointed out where a previous homeowner had done a number of wrong things, which I've run into all over the house so I wasn't surprised, and did the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
We recently installed a dormer over our garage and wanted to insulate the attic area there and the attic area above the main house. Smart Homes offered us a competitive bid and was able to schedule the work within a week or so after we accepted the bid. Randy and his guys were diligent and reliable and managed a big job in a relatively short time. He installed batted insulation in the garage attic and blown insulation in the attic over the house. Overall their work was neat and professional, and we would recommend them to anyone for insulation jobs big or small.
