I used their service 30 minutes back and wrote a review as soon as I got home. Natasha and Leah are both very pleasant, personable, and excellent communicators. The place is upbeat and squeaky clean. Natasha is an excellent hair stylist and works with the clients to understand the hairstyle they need and delivers very well. Highly recommend.

So i decided to edit my review after Natasha skillfully repaired the damage that her predecessor did to my hair (and psyche - i am a delicate flower). The bottom line is everything depends on which individual cuts your hair. i don't have anything good to say about the original stylist, so i'll just say: beware of stylists with long, manicured nails, as this says something about their priorities. But Natasha was very apologetic and did everything she could to fix it (short of making my hair grow back to the length i originally wanted). Thanks Natasha! Very polite and professional. Didn't have to wait a long time either. They were even willing to hold my credit card while I went home to get cash since my card was declined. I would definitely recommend that you get the app and check in as soon as check in becomes available because spots fill up quick.
