My husband and I originally planned to rent in Woodstock, and Rick and Tessa were recommended to us by local representation during the Groundhog Day festivities. Shortly after, we decided to pivot toward purchasing a home. Rick and Tessa were incredibly responsive and accommodating to our schedule coming from Chicago, quickly arranging two showings within just a few days of our initial contact.
