Clean, friendly staff, black card spa well kept. I love the 30 minute circuit workout. Keeps me encouraged to keep going because I am not lost at what to do. I call it my dirty 30. Hah

It's never packed and the staff is very nice. They are always cleaning and the facility is well maintained. I go around 730-830 every morning and have never had to wait for a machine or had any kind of problem. By far the nicest, most affordable gym in Woodstock.

Nice equipment, very well maintained and clean..Was even able to park my semi to get a work out in..Definitely recommend this place for other drivers..Just please be careful and keep lot clean
