We love this clinic! Dr. Shanon is amazing, so empathetic, sweet, nice and so knowledgeable. Once we found her, we don't take our pets to any other place. I recommend Dr. Shanon and Hartland Vet Clinic if you want to be treated with respect, courtesy and a smile from the whole staff.

Dr. Shannon has been my vet since she opened her practice.With her expertise, she has helped me navigate some of the more complicated health issues, I’ve encountered as a pet owner. Cancer with two dogs, megaesophagus & heart failure with another, and digestive issues with another.Dr. Shannon made practical choices that resulted in excellent diagnosis’s & treatment plans. Through the treatment process for all my dogs, she always made compassionate suggestions, and gave straightforward answers. Finally a doctor who cares. They helped us get through a very rough time when Hills stopped producing liver care food for a while. It was so rough, but they helped us by sending prescriptions to multiple different agencies. When they finally started production again, they ordered us multiple cases to have on hand.
