Just wanted to say what a complete DELIGHT our tech Nathan was yesterday. I seriously haven’t met someone as positive, conscientious, capable, and kind in a while. He was so great to communicate via text the day before, during and after our aeration and was even enthusiastic about our massive dog, Zeke ;) He literally made both our days and it was such an encouragement to know people like Nathan are out there working hard.
