Had several basement leaks due to foundation cracks, Alex came out to give a quote for the work and scheduled the work to be done and had 2 additional crack done at the same time. Eddie as always did a fantastic job once again. I used Seepage Seal years back for some cracks in my crawl space and Alex/Eddie are the only ones i go to!! Thanks again for the great work.
Very professional. They provided me an estimate for the work quickly and got me on schedule within days. Always available for any questions. They committed to a job they later realized was more difficult than they anticipated. They did not give up, completed the job on time.
I had a great experience with Seepage Seal. Scheduling was quick and easy, and Alex was able to come out the same day I called. What stood out most was his honesty. He gave me a direct, no-nonsense assessment of what was actually going on, and didn't try to upsell me on fixes I didn't need. Instead, he pointed me straight to the simple solution that actually fixed the problem. He clearly knew what he was talking about, and he didn't even charge me for the visit.
It's rare to find a contractor who's this straightforward and trustworthy, let alone one willing to help without trying to make a sale. I'll definitely be calling Seepage Seal again if I need any future work… read full review
