Our family member passed away unexpectedly. Our family was going through a whirl wind of emotions and New Tradition’s staff was extremely helpful during this process. While our world was upside down their staff was hard at work organizing, scheduling and actually checking in on us too. Looking back at the whole ordeal they were caring, considerate and professionalism was beyond expectations. When my aunt passed it was a shock to our family. We heard of New Tradition Funeral Services through friends and we called them. Megan arrived at the house quickly and put us at ease. Megan and her team took care of everything and walked us through this process while making sure we were informed and the family’s wishes were met.
