“Glimmer salon is now my go-to salon! Nicole cut my hair and Im so glad she did! She along with the rest of the staff were extremely nice and easily to talk to. I got the exact haircut I wanted, even without giving a good description. I also got great hair tips while my hair was being cut for only $55 in total! I recommended this salon to anyone in the area!

“I took my 6 year old son here to see Cassey (Cassandra) after 5 years of bad haircut experiences at a multitude of other places (due to my son's hair sensory issues). We have tried everything from "kid salons" to house calls to DIY... you name it, to no avail. I traveled an hour to see Cassey after hearing that she does well with children. I thought we would not have a good experience but as long as we got a haircut I was going to be pleased. Or even half a haircut. Well, not only did she accomplish a (whole) haircut but she far exceeded my expectations. Not only was she absolutely amazing with my son but she did it in a very genuine way where she really connected with him on his level. I could tell he felt instantly comfortable in her presence and that he trusted her. I watched in amazement. He usually screams, cries and verbally abuses his stylist... but he sat still the entire time for Cassey. She went at his pace and offered breaks yet stayed on track when it was go-time and was efficient when he was ready. She is truly talented but most of all, talented in her ability to connect with her client ... even if they are only 6 years old and treat him with such respect and compassion. We will definitely be back!“

“I’ve been braiding my hair at A&O for almost a year, and I can confidently say I have finally found the perfect place. Not only do they do an excellent job, but the surroundings are appealing, and the customer service is exceptional. “This was my first time trying this location after reading such great reviews, and overall, it’s worth it for the level of knowledge the stylists have.
Upon arrival, Gabriella met me within a minute or two of walking through the door. She greeted me with warmth and kindess, consulting and giving a look over of my hair. Without much help from me (I’m indecisive, but I had photos), she was able to gather an idea of my preferred cut and style and get to work.
My previous highlights were a mix of pure heticness, a correction of a previously more vibrant color, which lead to multiple shades of highlights, causing a unflattering clash. My hair was also on the verge of “no-coming back” unhealthy. After 4 hours (I offer my sincere apologies for my hair taking forever), she was able to transform my hair into something lovely — photos below. Haircut, treatment, partial foil — it was great to feel happy for a few hours.

Now, while I’m leaving five stars for Gabriella, the other stylist (Margarita - salon prof II) was unkind to both of us towards the end, and while I understand her frustration, it still hurt. One never knows what others are going through. I understand my hair takes a while and was quite willing to reschedule part of my service — all that was needed to do was ask me. But remarks about “you can cancel her cut/she doesn’t have to do the hair cut,” “I’m fine, I just had to cancel all my plans,” slamming things in the back area, saying “you could have cancelled and called her” are unnecessary. It was not my stylist’s fault, I scheduled only a mere 35 mins prior to my time slot and knew 3 hours is commonly how long a highlight and haircut takes me. Sadly, some foils did not lift well, and thankfully, Gabriella took the time to correct it, which of course, lead to us being behind.

So overall, the whole experience was just lovely, minus the end, and Gabriella made someone going through a hard time feel great about themselves, and for that, I’m very thankful. I already booked a return appointment, which I promise, I’ve never done elsewhere :)“
