Edit: updating my review now that I have spoken with the manager, Karen, who did resolve the issue and refunded what I paid out of pocket for the massage after working with the location where my gift card was valid to apply the funds here.
Review is for the receptionist, I didn’t catch her name but pretty disappointed in the experience. I received a gift card for a one hour massage. I did not flip the card over and read the fine print that it’s only valid at certain locations, so I booked here not knowing it wouldn’t be valid. My massage with Tracy was AMAZINGG! Tracy is incredibly skillful and professional. She really helped relieve so much pain, and I felt so much better afterward.
The front desk staff was also super nice and helpful, making the whole visit a pleasure. I highly recommend Tracy and this studio to anyone looking for a great massage!
