I brought my brand new pc to Russ and I eventually figured out what I actually did wrong as a new pc builder. Russ was cool about it so even though he didn't repair my pc, the customer service was top notch. He was always communicatung with me. If I ever get something wrong on my pc, I'll brjng it to him.
Can't say enough good things about Russ. I was initially skeptical about going to a shop run out of his home but he saved my 2 year old $1800 gaming laptop. Initially I had taken to micorcenter and after paying $80 for a diagnostic they told me it would cost the price of the laptop to fix. I took it to Cutting Edge Computer Repair and Russ diagnosis it for FREE and was able to fix it for $270! I was so close to tossing 2 year old laptop. I recommend him to anyone who needs a computer repair.
My lap top was ready for the recycle bin. Then I found Russ, nice guy, he fixed up my lap top same day, no problem. Now I have a guy , you need a computer guy. Make Russ the guy . Terry B.
